After vet advice to put my cat on an ananallergic diet… the food she recommended was most difficult to get a hold of, even from the manufacturer. Keith at Pet O Melton was most helpful, very knowledgeable and the price of the food was cheap than other pet care stores. I got the food I needed. Staff were mist efficient and friendly. The vet that we usually see has recently changed to Anita and I cannot speak highly enough of her! Our dogs are Covid dogs; anxious and can be reactive. The previous vet would refuse to see them together or let us in the room even once capcitiy limits were lifted and tried putting muzzles on them without our permission, which caused our dogs even more stress. Anita on the other hand has been FABULOUS. She is patient and understanding of our dogs needs, happy to sit on the floor with them to make them more comfortable and make examinations less stressful. I cannot fault her in the slightest. Knowing she will be there for our dogs examinations has already lifted a layer of stress from us for future visits.

The team went above and beyond when it was time for our girl to cross the rainbow bridge. Couldn't be more thankful for the time and care they took to make her final moments on this earth the best they could be. The team were phenomenal and our family are very grateful. Thank you!

My dog was diagnosed with cancer. Staff were very helpful and consoling with this news. Anita, the vet I saw was very informative and caring, with important information about what will happen from now and what we should do to care for my dog. We were advised to make the most of the time we had with our Rottweiler Chief and medication to ease any pain and suffering.

The team at Our Vet Melton were amazing with our dog when he went in for a checkup. Both the vet and nurses were patient with him even though he was quite anxious. They explained things thoroughly and clearly so that it was easy to understand and I felt the pricing was fair for what was done. Thank you so much for taking care of our fury family member and for making sure I understood everything. 🐕🐾
